Brandon Global IT has announced the opening of two new offices in London and New York as part of its plans to grow revenues from €2.5m to over €10m over the next three years.
Based in Dublin and Galway, Brandon Global IT (formerly Brandon Consulting) has been successfully delivering strategic IT services since 1998. The company provides an outsourced global IT helpdesk to small and medium businesses, demystifying IT and addressing the specific business needs of its customers. At a fraction of the cost that it would take to put together an IT team, Brandon provides customers with a team of experts in IT strategy, implementation and support.
The new office openings in London and New York are central to Brandon Global IT’s plans to grow revenues from €2.5m to €10m in the next three years. While much of the revenue growth will be driven by the new overseas offices, most of the employment generated will be in Ireland where the global helpdesk will be run from. As well as staff hires overseas, Brandon Global IT plans to recruit 50 additional staff across its two Irish locations (Dublin and Galway) over the next three years. The majority of these positions will be technical support engineer roles, as well as sales, administration and account management roles. To facilitate this expansion Brandon Global IT will move from its current offices in Ballycoolin to new offices in Smithfield, in the heart of Dublin later this year.
The investment in people and office setup in Ireland over the next three years will be in the region of €3.5 million. Founder and CEO of Brandon Global IT, Tom O’Neill stated: “These are very exciting times for Brandon. We have set ourselves some serious targets for the company for the next few years and all of our staff are excited to be involved and do their part to make it happen”.
